This post is for threading with Yamanaka Ino anytime and anywhere. It can be used for Action or the Ring feature on journals (voice or written) to get in contact with her for personal conversations. This will be used primarily for 'placement' threads such as: someone left a present or 'by the way, come to this party on such-and-such' or the like.

I can't just do that, you know.

So what are you waiting for?

[He's kind of getting into the moment here now. Moving in for the ~~kill~~ big moment.]

Well, you don't expect a girl to do the first move.

[She huffs a bit as she looks to the side, still blushing. Her annoyance is occupying her at the moment to notice that kissing him is actually a possibility.

And that it actually is.]

Well, in that case...

[He raises the tip of his knuckle to her chin, to guide her face back to him. And then leans in for a quick kiss.]

[It may have been quick collision of lips but that was all it took for Ino's cheeks to turn crimson and for her to momentarily lose her voice.]

Ling...

[Look who's utterly speechless and is actually pretty new to all this despite how she comes off to people.]

[He's actually a little surprised he's done that. It's actually the first time he's ever done something like that, in spite of all his flirting. But he's keeping his cool, all the same. Sort of.]

... hah, that really is something, isn't it.

[Ino can't believe all that happened, too. She'll just look down now and blush uncontrollably.]

Obviously. I didn't know... [She trails off as she faintly touches her lips.]

[He reaches up to pluck the mistletoe above them.]

I'm sorry if you weren't expecting that. [To be honest, he'd been teasing up until the moment before.]

[Sighing after a few moments, Ino just gives him a lopsided smile.]

It's fine. It wasn't that bad. [At least, it's with Ling? That one with Kiba was worse since she knew the experiment played with her feelings.]

Well, that's certainly high praise, isn't it?

[Oh well, he tosses the mistletoe aside. Silly traditions.]

[Shaking her head once she sees the mistletoe being tossed aside, Ino gives Ling's chest a soft pat.]

It's certainly praise alright. [She doesn't want to think it's a high one since she's still recovering from the surprise. Nonetheless, there's a smile on her face. When she said it wasn't that bad, she meant it.]

[He's starting to get concerned about this becoming more than it ought to be.]

... well, in any case, we're out of the wind now.

[Same here. That's why she begins to keep her distance.]

Yeah, it doesn't feel that cold anymore. [She rubs her arm a bit, though.]

[Distance, yes. Good idea.]

It might be a good idea to return home. I'm sure Ran Fan is already wondering where I am.

I think that'd be best.

[She clears her throat.]

Though, I don't think I've met this Ran Fan before?

Oh, Ran Fan? She's my bodyguard.

Only your bodyguard? [Really now?]

[Smirking again, he holds out his hand in a small shrug.]

She's like family. We've known each other for most of our lives.

[Is that hand for her to take?]

Like a sister or something?

[No he's just shrugging!!]

Well, I suppose that's one way to put it. [It's clear that this isn't something he's actually thought much about. Ran Fan is just a fact of his life.]

[And she'll point that out just because she's perceptive like that.]

I see you haven't thought about this before, huh?

Well, there's not much to think about, is there? Ran Fan has always been there.

And that's it? Just because she's always there, you haven't thought of how she actually means to you? [And all that?]
